Skin Care

The steps to skin care are:
1. Cleanse
2. Exfoliate
3. Toner/Lotion (Reviews)
4. Essence/Serum
5. Eye Cream
6. Moisturize (Reviews)

- Acne Care (Reviews)
- Face Mask (Reviews)

You do not need to do all these steps. Do what works for your skin type. Here is a more in depth look at each step, so that you can decide what you want to do for your skin!

Cleanse
- wash face at least twice a day (morning & night).
- important to wash off dead skin cells, oil, and makeup.
- bar, liquid, foam.
- adjust depending on skin type.
- after 12 hours oil & dead skin cells regenerate.
- wash your hands before you wash your face!
- remove your makeup first (cleansing oil).
- rinse with warm water
- choose your cleanser depending on your skin type!
- fragrance free <3

Exfoliate
- "scrub off" dead skin cells.
- botanical ingredients: vitamin c, alphahydroxy, betahydroxy acid
- use in the shower: the steam helps soften the dead skin cells
- round spherical: round beads are more gentle.
- don't want your skin to be red or inflamed after.
